Beer Cocktails: Cherry & Berry Snakebite

This twist on a Snakebite and Black cocktail uses Hokkaido Brewing Company Cherry & Berry Ale instead of hard cider.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. crème de cassis

  • Hokkaido Brewing Company Cherry & Berry Ale

  • Mint sprig (for serving)

Instructions

Add crème de cassis to a pint glass filled with ice. Top off with beer. Garnish with mint.
