Hokkaido Brewing, a craft beer from Otaru, the infamous fishing port in the northernmost island of Hokkaido in Japan, known for having the most sushi restaurants on one street and where kids jump off the roofs of their schools into snow and finish a night of drinking with parfait (Ice Cream Sundaes). Previously only available in NJ and the greater Philadelphia area and now available in New York City.

Dr Clark First ever Hokkaido-themed restaurant in NYC. Dr. Williams Clark is an American doctor who was appointed to be the first principal of Hokkaido University and influenced the cultivation of Hokkaido by educating Agricultural knowledge across the region. He became the symbol of Hokkaido with his famous saying “Boys, be ambitious.” and known to be the first person who popularized Japanese curry. The restaurant will carry variety of Hokkaido cuisines; though, the focus will be on Genghis Khan, we are the first doing this in the country.
Munenori Ogata know throughout Japan for his former Yokosuka restaurant “Sanka” which the Former Prime minister, Mr Koizumi claims to be the best meal in his life is our chef and producer. Additionally the duo Yudai Kanayama and Keisuke Kasagi (both from Hokkaido) who are responsible for Izakaya, Samurice and recently Hanon, NYC first Udon Factory will uphold the day-to-day management.
