Beer Cocktails: Hokkaido Beer Bramble

As the summer comes to an end, we were trying to find something that would perfectly finish out the season, and, we think we’ve done it. This blackberry shandy is incredibly simple, but oh so delicious.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Lemon Lager

  • 1 oz blackberry liquor

  • 1 oz gin

  • 1 handful blackberries

  • mint for garnish

Instructions

Muddle blackberries in bottom of glass. Pour gin and blackberry liquor over blackberries.

Pour beer into glass and stir. Garnish with a generous sprig of mint.
